Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
How cancelling and refunds work at LowBaller, in plain words. It restates our Terms of Service; if anything here seems to differ, the Terms apply.

1.Cancel anytime, online
You can cancel at any time, in under a minute, with no fee and no phone call: open your account page, go to Subscription and cancel. If you are signed out, the sign-in page sends a link to your email. You can also ask us to cancel for you at lowballer.app/support.
Cancelling stops every future charge, including pay as you go. Your 7-day trial or the paid period you are in keeps running to its end, with the credits you still have, and nothing more is charged. Your account page shows that your membership is cancelled and the date it ends.
2.What is not refundable
Trial charges (including both parts of a two-part trial charge), membership and renewal charges, upgrade charges and pay as you go charges are final and non-refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time or unused credits, except for charges made in error (below) and where the law requires a refund. This is the same rule as in our Terms of Service.
3.No phone found, no credit used
An unlock uses a credit only when it finds a phone number. If an unlock finds only an email address, or no contact at all, the credit stays in your account.
4.Charges made in error
We refund our mistakes
If we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same thing, after your cancellation took effect, or more than the price shown at your checkout, we refund the charge or the difference. Write to us at lowballer.app/support with the date and amount of the charge and the email address on your account.
5.Talk to us before disputing a charge
Our charges show LOWBALLER on your card statement. If a charge looks wrong, please contact us first at lowballer.app/support. We can usually sort it out much faster than a dispute with your bank, which can take weeks. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
