This Privacy Policy explains how LowBaller ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, market scans, lead lists, and subscription services (the "Service"). The Service is offered to real-estate professionals in the United States. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

• Search activity: the markets you scan and the lists you view or export.
• Contact information: your email address, provided to create access and receive list updates.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status but never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through our hosting provider's standard logs.

The property and owner information shown in the Service is compiled from public records and commercially available data sources such as county assessor and recorder data, foreclosure and tax-lien filings, code-violation notices, and vacancy and ownership signals, together with model-generated motivation scores. This information is provided to you for legitimate real-estate business use only.

LowBaller is not a consumer reporting agency and this information is not a consumer report under the FCRA. You may not use it for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose. See our Terms of Service for the full restrictions and your outreach obligations.

• to deliver your scans, lists, and exports;
• to process payments and manage your subscription;
• to send access details and Service updates, and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime);
• to operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your account information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service:

• Stripe (payment processing);
• data suppliers (public-records and property data);
• Resend (transactional and, where you opt in, marketing email);
• our hosting provider (site infrastructure).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Your recent scan is stored in your browser's local storage so you can return to it; you can remove it by clearing your browser data for this site. Email and billing records are retained as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), and we limit the data we store in the first place. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in the email.
• Local data: clear your browser storage for this site to delete your saved scan.
• Access and deletion: email us to request a copy or deletion of the account information we hold about you (typically your email and billing records).

If you are a property owner and want to know whether your information appears in the Service, or to request suppression from lists we generate, email privacy@lowballer.app. Note that much of this information originates from public records maintained by government agencies, which we do not control.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your account information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email privacy@lowballer.app. We will verify your request using the email address associated with your account.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the Service where required.
