Our leads come from public property and county records: ownership, mortgages, liens, tax status, and sale history. LowBaller is a marketing and research tool, not a consumer report, and it is not provided by a consumer reporting agency. Use it to find and reach owners, and always follow all calling, texting, and Do-Not-Call rules when you do.
