LowBaller scans public property and county records across the US and ranks the owners most likely to sell below market: pre-foreclosures, auctions, tax liens, vacant homes, inherited properties, out-of-state owners and high-equity long-term owners. You pick a market, we surface the motivated sellers and score each one so you know who to call first.
What do I get with the trial?
The 7-day trial opens the full ranked list for the market you scanned and includes credits to unlock sellers (1 credit per seller). Each unlock reveals the exact address, the owner's name, phone number and email. After the trial it's $99 every 4 weeks with 25 credits each time unless you cancel. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing more.
Where does the data come from?
Public records: county assessor and recorder data, foreclosure filings and auction dates, tax liens, vacancy, inheritance and ownership and equity estimates, combined into a single motivation score per property. Owner phone numbers and emails are matched when you unlock a seller.
