What do I get for $7?

Where does the data come from?
Public records: county assessor and recorder data, foreclosure and tax-lien filings, code-violation notices, mail-return and vacancy signals, and ownership/equity estimates, combined into a single motivation score per property.
Which markets are covered?

Can I export the leads and use my CRM?
